Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Performance

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes was on 'Running' since 9/19/16 and when I tried to cancel that process, it is now stuck on "Canceling".
I cannot even run another process manually.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes should be completed or canceled.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Scheduled Process
2. Run Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes job successfully.
