Symptoms

On : NA version, Workflow and Automation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Admin User Cannot See Profile or Resources Tabs in Workflow & Automation 

User can't navigate to the Profile or Resources tab within Workflow & Automation, which is inhibiting the customer from setting up their social properties.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Administrator would be able to see content in Workflow & Automation tabs.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as user.
2. Navigate to Workflow & Automation .
3. Select Profile or resources tabs.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use admin privileges for tasks within Workflow & Automation.
