Reporting Manager Unable To Find Out The Account For The Sales Manager. (Doc ID 2195733.1)

Goal

We created a account (USER) for our sales manager and then edited it in the " Manager users". However, the account which was created for the sales manager cannot be found from the Reporting Manager. Even we executed Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes in the Scheduled Processes, still no any effect.
