Duplicate Resolution Request is not completed successfully.
The duplicate resolution service failed. Duplicate resolution requests cannot be displayed. Check the server log file for more information.: java.lang.NullPointerException
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud application
2. Set the ZCH_ENABLED_SURVIVORSHIP profile option to Yes
3. Enable the Recent Wins rule
4. Setup task: Manage Source System Confidence
5. Navigate to Customer Data Management and process an identification and resolution
6. The resolution ends in error
Due to this issue, users cannot complete resolution request.
