Symptoms

 Customer completed all the setups for taxes and loaded the vertex file as per instructions provided by vertex, but now at the time of calculating tax, they are getting an error.

API: ZX_TDS_TAXABLE_BASIS_DETM_PKG.populate_inclusive_tax_flag is failling

Error Message: "An error has occured during tax calculation and details are sent to tax manager. Access Process 19606 for details regarding diagnosis."

ERROR in Log:
ZX.PLSQL.ZX_TDS_TAXABLE_BASIS_DETM_PKG.populate_inclusive_tax_flag-6502: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small
