Asset Post Mass Additions No Records Processed: Date Placed in Service in Future Period

On : 22.214.171.124.0 version and later
When running the Post Mass Additions, the process ends successfully but there are no records processed.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Fixed Assets > Assets > Select Additions infotile and click Ready to Post link
2. Click Post All button
3. Navigate to Schedule Processes
4. View Post Mass Additions Report and no records were processed.
