Sales Quota Export File Not Appearing After Export Succeeded (Doc ID 2196587.1)

On: 11.1.11.1.0 version, Territory Management, Quotas

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Quota Export
When exporting sales quota, the process says that it was submitted and even the process on the Schedule Process says that was concluded as succeeded, but no file is generated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
A file should be generated for download.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud> Navigator> Quotas
2. Under Manage Sales Quotas, select a quota
3. Click the Actions button and select Export> Export Sales Quotas
4. Message appears which says, " The export activity was submitted."
5. Go to Export Status and click refresh button, but no file appears for download
6. Go to Scheduled Processes, and the Export Data process ID appears with the status as succeeded.
