Display Results Slow on Custom Accounts List (Doc ID 2196602.1)

Filtering on Accounts Extremely Slow to load and Navigate
On a saved list for all users, it filters out Accounts that are at a specific sales step. When users pick step the list the results takes 40+ seconds to load. The user that reported this issue has 95 Accounts in that particular step which doesn't seem like.
Furthermore once the 95 Accounts do load and the user scrolls through the list it takes a very long time to load more results when using the scroll bar. This can be replicated when using these saved lists with any user.


The list should run in under 2 seconds.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in on Simplified UI with user 
2. Go to Accounts> Lists
3. Select list
4. Takes 40+ seconds > scrolling through results takes 40+ seconds to load more results
