Fusion Global HR: Unexpected FYI Error Notification After The Pending Worker Approval Process Completes

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Global Human Resources in SaaS environment.

An FYI Error Notification is received after the pending worker approval process completes successfully.
It is only occurring when the Process Pending worker is submitted. The pending worker is created, it is just that users are getting this error email which is confusion.

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 311, Server Domain: HCMDomain,


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Fusion Applications.
2. Click Navigator > New Person > Add Pending Worker
2. Fill in details and submit
3. Approval notification appears once it is approved. Followed by that an FYI notification appears with an error
