Symptoms

On : 11.1.7.0.0 version, Transactions

When attempting to complete an AR Transaction,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
FND-FLEX-VALUE DOES NOT EXIST
FND-FLEX-VALUE DOES NOT EXIST
Causa The message, FND-FLEX-VALUE DOES NOT EXIST, can not be accessed.
Acción Report this problem to an administrator.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator>Receivables>Billing
2. Create Transactions
3. Enter Required Information
4. Click Save and then Complete

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete an AR transaction
