This document contains sample questions and statements for use in surveying end users after Oracle CRM On Demand has been rolled out. For most of the statements, users can be asked the extent to which they agree or disagree on a scale of your choosing. We recommend taking a selection of these questions based on your situation and adding in other relevant questions. Surveys should be kept to a reasonable number of items – 20 to 40 is a good guide. Questions can be sent out in Excel or Word documents. Online survey engines are also readily available at minimum to no cost.
