Symptoms

On :Engage

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User is reporting not receiving email notifications from the Workflow and Automation feature.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users are expected to receive notification email whenever a message is assigned to them in Engage and workflow emails.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to SRM> Engage
2. Assign a message to user
3. Check if the user receives email notification.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are not getting notified about message assignments and workflows.
