Dashboards in P6 are a selection of ‘Portlets’, in other words ‘boxes of information’ displayed on one single page, without additional tabs or subpages. These Portlets will are what’s known as Metadata, i.e.: data that describes data. That means the portlet is a design that will describe certain data in the database. These Portlets are a collection of tabular reports, forms, graphic outputs or a combination of the three.
Goal
In P6 EPPM Web, how do you disable the project portfolio dashboard filter?
Is there a requirement to have a filter assigned in order to see data in dashboard portlets?
Why is a "filter by" value selected in dashboards when the dashboard does not have a filter defined in the settings?
