Symptoms

Oracle Process Cloud Service can't be configured with Documents Cloud Service (Now known as Oracle Content and Experience Cloud (CEC)).  When users attempt to test the connection, the user is confronted with a warning:

Conversations configuration has failed. Unable to fetch conversation configuration from Oracle Document server. Response received as: "null" . Please contact administrator for assistance.
