How to deploy a custom peer application with Oracle Fusion Applications as a standalone EAR (Doc ID 2197958.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 03, 2016

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Financials Common Module Cloud Service - Version 11.1.7.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

You created a Fusion Applications Extension using JDeveloper and UI Shell, and you are deploying the extension as a separate EAR. Inside the EAR file, a bounded task flow contains a page fragment. You restricted access to the task flow by turning on authentication and authorization, and restricted the task flow to a custom role. Although the extension works with integrated JDeveloper and security turned off, when moved to a Fusion Applications Weblogic server, you need to configure and deploy the application to work correctly with security enabled in a Fusion Applications domain.
