Manage Requisition Approvals
Task Escalation set up in BPM Task > Deadlines > Escalate
Why is that requisition approval notifications/tasks are not being escalated in all approval stages/participants?
1. Set up Escalation as follows:
BPM Task > Deadlines > Escalated > days, hours, minutes = 0
2. Set up Manage Requisition Approvals stage/participants
Header Approval Consensus
Post Approval Serial
3. Enter a requisition and submit the requisition for approval.
4. The task/notification for the approval at stage/participant Header Stage Consensus does not get escalated. If this approver in this stage/participant approves the requisition, the next stage/participant Post Approval Serial notification gets escalated.
