AIF Custom Application Not Applied in UI Displayed Via Applink Or Public Link (Doc ID 2198157.1)

Symptoms

 I created a customization in Documents Cloud Service (DOCS), using Application Integration Framework (AIF).
It works well when I opened WebUI as usual. However when a guest user opens the UI via any public link, the AIF application seems not applied. Also, when opening the UI via applink, it is not applied either.
