Goal

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Billing - Transactions

Why when running Create Accounting for Transactions (Account in Draft) below error message is displayed:
"Time Limit occurred while waiting for engine to complete accounting entries. This is a result of heavy utilization and you may want to try the request again. The request status at time of failure was PROCESSING."
Only 5 users are accessing the system and none of them have executed the Create Accounting process. Moreover there is only 1 transaction in AR module which needs to be accounted.
Also note that custom SLA is being used whereby the account rules for event class "Invoice" and journal entry rule "Invoice Revenue".
