Fixed Asset Rapid Implementation Uploads the Categories but Not the Category Book Assignments and Does Not Give Error (Doc ID 2198478.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After having entered the categories and assigning the categories to the books in the Update Fixed Assets Configuration sheet,

after Uploading, only the categories were added and not the assignments.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the book assignments to be uploaded as well.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update Fixed Assets Spreadsheet configuration template
2. Load the data for Categories and Asset Books and assign the categories.
3. File Import and Export the  file
4. Upload Fixed Assets Configuration task
5. Completes, however, only the categories were added. The assignments weren't generated.
