Data Not Displaying In The BI Answer Report For Participant or Participant Manager but Admin Users Can See the Data

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Admin user create a BI analytic analysis based on a seeded Incentive Compensation subject area.
Admin user is able to see the results but when the participant or participant manager runs the report, they can not see any data.
1. Admin user create a BI analytic analysis with period prompt.
2. User with "Incentive Compensation Participant" or "Incentive Compensation Participant Manager" role logs in and run the report.
After selecting the period, they do not see any data in the result.
