OSC for Outlook Sync issue FC0057

Customer user sees 30+ sync and duplicate errors in OSC for Outlook conflict screen. She has tried to sync both from Outlook to OSC and from OSC to Outlook and continues to the the error FC0057.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Sync all from Outlook plugin
2. Receive error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot successfully synchronize data to Outlook
