Tax code issues are reported when creating orders, these occur when
1. Creating orders in the order Entry UI, in this instance the tax code is not displayed in the - Tax Classification Code - when editing - Tax Determinants on the order line.
2. Submitting an Order using the Order Capture Web Service, in this instance order creation fails with an error:
