When attempting to access an account, user is getting an error

User received ADF_FACES 60097 error message when accessing Account record

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OSC
2. Navigate to Account
3. Click on Account

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access accounts.
