Oracle Fusion BI Publisher: How to request changes for the BI Publisher Memory Guard settings (Doc ID 2199494.1)

Goal

For Release 12, the Runtime Configuration Properties cannot be updated by the end user. For any change requests, you will need to log an SR with Oracle Fusion BI Support.
The following document provides details on the errors you might see when you hit the memory guard limit:

Fusion Applications : BI Publisher Memory Guard, associated messages: XML Output generated exceeds specified file size limit, File does not begin with '%PDF-', oracle.xdo.XDOException: java.io.IOException: Memory above memory limit (Doc ID 1914656.1)

Important Notice for Release 13:

With Release 13 all configuration values including BI Publisher memory guard settings are preset based on your earlier Pod sizing request and cannot be changed.
