Not Able To Place State And URL Fields In Account MUI Page (Doc ID 2199894.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Mobile Sales App

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Field for the URL and the State are not appearing on the Mobile UI

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Field for the URL and the State should appear on the Mobile UI

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. go to application composer
2. Select common application area
3. Expand Account object and click on page and select Mobile pages
4. Add State and URL fields
If those fields are checked those fields in MUI are read-only, user is not able to edit those fields, but the same fields user can edit in Simplified UI

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user cannot customize the Mobile UI
