Fusion Applications: User Getting An Invalid Path To A Dashboard (Doc ID 2199927.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Performance

When attempting to click on the dashboard icon from the springboard page,the following error occurs.

Dashboard Display Error.
Invalid path (shared/Sales/_portal/Dashboard/Opportunity Dashboard) -- path not found in dashboard

Only one user is affected. This is the first time the user has attempted to access the environment. The user has the same settings as all working users. The issue is reproducible using that user's credentials from a different PC.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User logs into OSC.
2. User clicks on the dashboard icon from the springboard page.
3. User sees the error above.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, this user cannot access the dashboard.
