On : version, Contract Authoring

When attempting to submit a contract for approval the following error occurs.

Error occurred while displaying History tree table. Error in task {0}. Please correct the error

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Navigator ->contract
2. Create a new contract
3. Submit it for approval

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot go on with release 11 testing and this may affect production upgrade. Issue is experienced in test environment as production is not yet upgraded
