On : version, Performance Management

Unable to Create Performance Document from HR Specialist Role, since the plan is not coming up even though the employee is eligible for the performance document.

In case of Transfer the employee has to complete the existing performance document and in the new department a new document should be created for them with same name.
Since this is a change of assignment will I still not be able to create a performance document with same name?
