Goal

Workforce Compensation Salary Range Distribution report displaying incorrect data

In the seeded Salary Range Distribution report, there are employees that show below the Salary Range Position Before compensation is awarded. In the worksheet my client required a calculation that will automatically push the employee to the minimum if he falls below. When looking at the Salary Range Position before and after comparison, there are employees that display as 0 or -0. If the after range is -0, the report is still showing the employee as below range, despite the Compa-Ratio being 50% or above. If the salary range after is 0, then the employee shows as above range

Steps to recreate:
Open plan, proxy as manager, open Salary Range Distribution report, click on Compare Groups, select row that has employees below minimum before and after, click on number to open detail
