PJF: An Application Error (PJF_PROJECT_INVALID_PT_ORG)- Unable To Create Project From A Template (Doc ID 2200490.1)

Goal

Qn1:On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Set Up Project Management

On a new install (not upgrade from prior Release), user is unable to create Project from a Project Template and getting an error -

A new project or project template cannot be created because of an application error. Your help desk was notified.
An application error occurred. Contact your help desk.

Error in server logs:
oracle.jbo.JboException:
JBO-PJF:::PJF_PROJECT_INVALID_PT_ORG:
PJF-2235403The organization is invalid because it cannot own projects with the class Capital, Contract. Select a different organization.
 
Qn2:By setting the new simplified reference role model, user is able to create new project from a newly created project template. However, same error was raised only for one existing project template where the organization in the template was end-dated recently -

A new project or project template cannot be created because of an application error.
Your help desk was notified. An application error occurred. Contact your help desk.
 
Qn3:Unable to change project status to 'Active' from 'Draft' and getting an error message for PJF_PR_INSUF_PROJ_MGR.
 
Qn4:On the Team Member section, user was unable to see add button to add a Project Manager.
 
Qn5:Unable to select a person in the Project Manager LOV while creating a project. User has configured this as a quick entry on the project template.
 
Qn6:User requirement to configure different auto-numbering sequencing for different type of projects by setting up the multiple Project Units. User would like to know in case in the next release if the sequence numbering can be enabled for different Project Units.
