ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Clicking "Help" button in dialogs does not open online help page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Clicking "Help" button in dialogs should open online help page.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Start up P6 professional for EPPM.


2. Click button "Help" in login dialog and notice that nothing happens.

3. Login to P6 professional for EPPM.

4. Navigate to any dialog such as UDF dialog, click button "Help", nothing happens.
