PRC:POZ: Is it Possible to Link an Employee or a Contingent Worker to a Supplier Record? (Doc ID 2201041.1)

Question 1:  Is there a way to Import Suppliers and link the new Suppliers records with existing employees?
There used to be a link in EBS R12 that allowed user to link employee records with Suppliers. Need to do the same using Supplier Import - create supplier records and link them to existing employees.

 
Question 2: Is it possible to link Contingent Works to Suppliers?
Contingent Workers will enter their time and expenses into OTL AND send invoices into AP for their time and expenses. They have to be paid out of AP and matched to their OTL time cards and expense reports. So, we have to link Contingent Workers and Suppliers. Please advise how and where this link should happen.
