Enhancement Request - Run the Workforce Compensation Plan With Access Restrictions Based on Grade and Not Role (Doc ID 2201042.1)

Goal

There are several Workforce Compensation plans that only employees of a certain grade should be able to make updates to.

As per current functionality, system allows you to set plan access by role.

Having several plans that all have varying access requirements it is not feasible to create a separate role for each grade within the company.

For example:
Plan A - Managers with grade A and above should have access to update only
Plan B - Managers with grade C and above should have access to update only
Plan C - Managers with grade D and above should have access to update only
Plan D - Managers with grade B and above should have access to update only


Requirement is to enhance the current 'Restrict Plan Access' to allow for restricting by Grade, similar to how you can select roles and the access level.
For example:
 - add grade C, D for Plan B with access level set to Updates Allowed for Plan Access from the Workforce Compensation Work Area.
