Employee's Goal Plan is locked due to Approval Pending and Unable to Locate Approval Notification (Doc ID 2201061.1)

Customer has an employee who submitted a request to delete one of their goals. The manager at the time never went in and approved the request. The employee has since had a manager change and the request to delete the goal has been lost. Neither the former manager nor the current manager has the request/option to delete the goal. Therefore the employee’s goal plan remains locked and the employee can’t edit their goals until the request is approved. Additionally , customer is unable to find the request to approve the deletion.
