Currently Global Transfers are treated as terminations from their old role and processed as a new hires into their new role. This new record created when they transfer has no history on it, no performance rating, and no manager hierarchy. In addition, if the employee who has had a global transfer is a supervisor of other employees, those employees do not have a manager hierarchy either. We manually have to reprocess each global transfer to pull their new role into
the worksheet and to delete the old record from the worksheet. We then have to run a refresh of the manager hierarchy to pull that in for them and anyone who reports up to them. This adds a lot of time to the work that needs to be
done before we can open a cycle.

This enhancement would eliminate a huge amount of manual data manipulation that we have to accomplish prior to opening our comp cycle, thus making our data more accurate. This would be true for all clients who do not use Fusion as their
HRIS system, who have multiple legal entities in their company, and who code those transfers and INTER-Company transfers in their HRIS system.
