Commitment Cash Flow Not Auto Refreshing (Doc ID 2201606.1)

Symptoms

Commitment Cash Flow is not auto refreshing as expected.
There are some Commitment Business Processes which create Cash Flow curves in the Shell whenever a new BP record is created.
The Cash Flow creation appears correct, and the setting to "Auto-Refresh" is set to occur daily but this refresh is not occurring as expected.
The Cash Flow curve has to be manually edited, and the properties of the Cash Flow opened, and then click on OK for the configurations to be effective.
Then the Cash Flow curve refreshes daily.
