Fusion Compensation: Selecting All Managers for Approval is Not Working for a Plan as the Worksheets Are Not Approved (Doc ID 2201748.1)

Symptoms


When Selecting All Managers for approval, the access level and status are not changing even after the confirmation message.
When selecting a single manager and choosing 'Selected Managers' for approval, the access level and status of that manager is changed.

There are no eligible Direct reports in the plan. They are not eligible due to the eligibility profile set on the plan.

The Managers are indirectly eligible due to their subordinates being eligible.

Expected Behavior
All worksheets for all managers to be approved

Steps

  1. Login as top approver and access the worksheet
  2. Approvals tab -> Approve All Managers
  3. Popup shows that All managers worksheets have been approved and can no longer be updated
  4. None of the status changes for any manager
