When attempting to access the reporting manager, the following error occurs:
An unknown error (class com.bm.xchange.util.BMSystemException) has occurred. Please contact your system administrator.
Additional errors from the error log are as follows:
com.bm.xchange.ui.dwr.BmDwrBaseHelper.processBMException(BmDwrBaseHelper.java:54) - Unknown Error
Caused by: org.quartz.SchedulerException: Scheduler was not initialized.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into the site as the user in question.
- Click Reporting manager.
- A small popup will appear with the error.
