Performance Rating History Link On Performance Management Forms Does Not Display History (Doc ID 2202061.1)

Performance Rating History Link on Performance Management Forms does not display history. Only seeing the current document and none of the historical documents. When the "Performance Rating History" link on the Overall Summary page of the performance evaluation form is selected it does not display ratings history. It only displays the rating for the evaluation you are in. The Profile Option code HRA_PD_DISPLAY_PAST_YRS is set to "3". Please advise how to get the correct number of years of ratings history to display when this link is selected. Here are our settings for the following Profile options:
