UK BACS File - Error When Validating Against The BACSTEL-IP Format

On :, UK - United Kingdom Legislation

When validating against the BACSTEL-IP format, the following error occurs.

"1) The Account Name and Employer Details should be in Upper Case.
2) The data in the system may not be uppercase so the report should convert it to uppercase to be fully-compliant with the BACSTEL-IP format."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Payroll
2. Run Prepayments
3. Run Bacs

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot validate the BACSTEL-IP format.
