ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Promotion - ADF tool columns dont match to system

In promotion plan, when we use the ADF tool to export the plan to excel, some of the columns are not showing properly, their type is wrong,
For example: Cells in "Proposed Grade" column are free text cells, while they should be drop list like column Proposed benchmark code.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
"Proposed Title" and "Proposed Grade" fields should be displayed as LOV in excel spreadsheet.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter the Promotion plan and click on the "Manage in spreadsheet" button
2. Open the downloaded excel and select a cell in the excel.
3. Cells in the "Proposed grade" & "Proposed Title" columns are free text and not drop list.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot select "Proposed grade" & "Proposed Title" in excel spreadsheet.
