Information in this document applies to any platform.
An unsupported currency appears as an option in the following areas:
- User Preferred Currency in the User Profile
- Transaction Currency for New Transaction (if this setting is enabled). See Managing Commerce Process Settings (Doc ID 1660450.1) for more information.
The symptom occurs with the following steps:
- Currency in question is previously supported and enabled in Host Company.
- Support is removed for the currency without disabling it.
Support for the problematic currency is removed prior to the issue.
