How To Make Some Of The Fields Read Only In Appointments Using Page Composer (Doc ID 2202906.1)

Goal

Customer has a requirement to show all the fields of an appointment as Read Only, when the activity is completed.
To meet his requirement, he made a copy of the current appointment layout(detail page) and tried to make the fields as Read Only using the page composer > Site Level.
He was able to change some of the standard fields as Read Only.
But for the rest of the standard fields , custom fields, and dynamic choice list fields, he was not able to make them Read Only. They were already marked as Read Only > in "Edit Component".
Can this be achieved using Page Composer?
