Lead Conversion - Primary Contact Phone Number Is Not Mapped To The New Contact (Doc ID 2202965.1)

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When converting a Lead, the primary contact phone number isn't being mapped appropriately. If we pass just the phone number without area code or country code, the phone number is not sent to the new contact.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The phone number should be mapped and copy over to the new Opportunity.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create new lead with new contact(the contact is not existing in the system)
2. fill on the mandatory field.
3. on contact phone fill only country code and phone number field(without area code)
4. click on 'Convert' button.
5. a message will appear - click on submit button.
6. new opportunity and contact were created.
7. go to the new contact - and see that the phone number is blank!
