Fusion Global HR: After R11 Upgrade, the Transfer Details Missing From BPM/Worklist Task (Doc ID 2203270.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Global Human Resources in SaaS environment.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
The Transfer Notifications that a manager gets in Worklist have no details.
Therefore, an approver who gets those notification does not what he/she is asked to approve.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The notifications are expected to show the details.


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Fusion Applications as a manager.
2. Click Navigator > My Team
3. Click Actions > Personal and Employment > Transfer for one of the directs,
4. Submit the transfer.
5. The approver receives the notification in the BMP Worklist.
    Open Notification and Details section is blank
