An ADF error is reported when accessing Additional Information (Header or Line) on the Order Entry Form.
The issue can be reproduced by executing the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Order Entry form for an existing or newly created order
2. At Header Level select - Actions -> Edit Additional Information
3. At Line Level select - Edit Additional Information
4. The error is displayed.
