Failed to load the following SOACS instances (Doc ID 2203320.1)

When opening the SOACS Service Console, the following error message is received :

"Failed to load the following SOACS instances :<instance_name>. Verify if the underlying JCS instances are available"


The issue was seen after following the below steps.

1. Creating an instance for test purposes

2. Then deleting it first from the SOACS service console

3. The screen became unresponsive, so the instance was then deleted in the JCS service console
