Symptoms
Customer has built a prompt from 'Account' object of the CSA and he is pulling field 'CCL Sales Rep' for whom hierarchy has been set.
When he loges in with Sales rep role the prompt works as it should. But when trying with Sales Manager, the prompt does not work anymore; and returns all the Sales Reps and not just the ones reporting to the Sales Manager.
