How to manage goal approval emails ?
When employee submits goals for approval, and when manager approves the goals, there are several goal approval messages being generated to employee and their manager and they look very confusing.
Please see attached.
User are trying to understand what are these messages and whether there is a way we can turn off some of these system generated messages:
Approved xxx Requires Your Approval for the Goal Plan 2016 Performance Goals:
- Employee receives this one when the goals have been approve?
FYI The Goal Plan 2016 Performance Goals was Sent for Approval
- Employee receives this after he/she submits the goals for approval?
FYI xxx Requires Your Approval for the Goal Plan 2016 Performance Goals
- Not sure what this one is. It has the approval history at the end
Action Required: xxx Requires Your Approval for the goal plan 2016 performance goals
- Manager receives the email to ask them to approve the goal plan?
