Access Control > Access Information Report Not Working at the Company Workspace Level

On Unifier : version 16.2 code stream.
Expected Result: The 'Access Information' report within Access Control at the Company Workspace should return results.
Actual Result: The 'Access Information' report within Access Control at the Company Workspace is not returning results, instead a blank/empty/white window is instantiated, but no data is ever returned.
Note that data will be returned to the report elsewhere within the application, e.g., Template and/or Project/Shell, but not in the actual Company Workspace.
